SOLD… in 4 days!

2998Highcourte_viewer_2Spring market is picking up… my latest listing hit market late Tuesday and accepted an excellent offer on Saturday after only 4 days on the market!

Why did it sell so quickly? There were 7 showings in that short time period, all with very positive feedback.

Here are some possible reasons why there was so much activity and an offer came quickly…

  • Short supply of homes for sale
  • Well prepared and staged to show beautifully
  • Well photographed with stunning online presence
  • Both looks better and is priced better than comparable properties for sale
  • It was exactly the right fit for this particular buyer
  • www.2998highcourte.com

These sellers are now busy trying to find a new home… and are finding a short supply. If you are ready to sell, this appears to be a good time… listings are still in short supply!

  1. The main reason why buyers are quick to buy their chosen house is because some of them like how the house looks right away. Next to that is because the sellers were fairly and reasonable. I hope that the house would look strong and presentable every day. Not just in inspections.
