Now that we can search the MLS for homes by neighborhood, it can be hard to figure out just which neighborhoods are right for you. With over 100 layers of information, you can not only visually see where the neighborhoods are located and what is in each neighborhood, you can also get demographic and statistical data on the neighborhood.
This Lifestyle Search is in continuing development, with layers still to be added including current and historic home values, parks, trails (!!), and homes for sale… to be available within the next few months.
In the meantime, there is already a wealth of information delivered in a format that helps you visually define where to search for your home… not just find out what is around a specific property.
