What will you miss out on if you stay?

Trail1 A couple months ago I talked about What will you miss the most if you move? Sometimes the first question isn't so much WHERE you will move, but IF you will move at all.

Is where you live in synch with this stage of your life? …or with your plans for this or the next stage of your life? As our lives evolve and change, so do our place needs. Think about your place life cycle much like your life cycle… often life changes also trigger place changes.

If where you live doesn't fit your life it can have a profound effect on you. You may not even recognize it, but you feel out of synch. You can often sense turmoil going on in your life simply by walking into your home… and where you live can feed or reflect the storm… or both.

Sometimes it is hard to make the decision to make a move even though deep down you may know it is the right thing for you at this point in your life. You may not even be able to put it into words, you just know that something isn't right and it is time to make a change. Maybe it is simply a matter of making some changes in the place where you currently live… maybe it is time to make a move… maybe it is time for a whole life change.

If you are thinking about making a move ask yourself… what you will miss if you move? what you will miss out on if you stay? Will moving on reduce stress? create new opportunities? be a better fit for how you live (or maybe even more importantly how you want to live) at this point in your life?
