SOLD!

Sold2_3 In spite of everything you hear about the market right now, houses are selling…and that means buyers are also buying.

Case in point is a property I listed at the end of last week. We had an open house Sunday with more than 20 groups of people through and lots of ‘buzz’. On Tuesday we reviewed 5 offers and accepted one…sold in less than a week!

In the last year or so buyers have been so used to houses lingering on the market for a long time that they often feel no urgency to make a decision on buying a home. Keep in mind that it takes only one person to buy a home, and that could happen at any time regardless of market conditions.

When you find a house you like, ask yourself how you would feel if you decided to make an offer at some time in the future and it were gone. If you would be devastated that it’s gone, it’s time to make an offer!
